Rutenzo Terms of Use and Subscription

Version of 1 November 2026.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Rutenzo application, published by NATIVIK, Elyes JLASSI (EI, sole proprietorship), SIREN 131 738 742, 105 quai Jules Guesde, 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine, France (lesviesretrouvees@gmail.com). By using the app, you accept them.

2. The service

Rutenzo calculates a stop order for a list of stops, from your location or a starting address, taking into account the deadlines, time windows and appointments you specify, and recalculates it during the route. Estimated times are estimates: they depend on traffic, parking and time spent on site, which the app does not control. Turn-by-turn navigation is provided by the navigation app you choose. Always obey traffic laws: do not handle your phone while driving.

3. Free plan

Without a subscription, a route may include up to 25 stops, with no time limit. The first 5 routes started benefit from Pro features, with no commitment and no payment method required.

4. Rutenzo Pro

4.1 Plans and prices

Prices include VAT for France; they may vary by country and are always displayed by the store before purchase. Rutenzo Pro gives access to unlimited stops, recalculation of the order after each stop, deadlines, time windows and appointments, import by photo and by dictation, place memory, customer records, proof-of-delivery photos, the mileage log and multiple routes per day.

4.2 Payment and renewal

The purchase is concluded with and paid to Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the current price, unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The day pass is not renewed.

4.3 Cancellation

You manage and cancel the subscription in your account settings: on iPhone, Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; Pro features remain available until then. Your routes and data remain on your phone.

4.4 Price changes

Any price increase is announced to you by the store, which obtains your consent where required by law.

5. Right of withdrawal (European Union consumers)

You have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, request a refund from the store (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: play.google.com, Payments & subscriptions) or write to lesviesretrouvees@gmail.com stating the purchase date and the plan. The refund is made by the store. If you asked to use Rutenzo Pro immediately, the digital content supplied before withdrawal remains acquired.

6. Licence to use

NATIVIK grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control, in accordance with the store's rules. Copying, decompiling or reselling the app is prohibited.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its name, its icon, its texts and its code belong to NATIVIK. Base maps and routes remain the property of their providers (Apple, Google, OpenFreeMap and the OpenStreetMap contributors, OpenRouteService).

8. Availability and liability

NATIVIK strives to provide a reliable app but does not guarantee the accuracy of address locations, travel times or estimated times, which depend on third-party services and traffic conditions. You remain solely responsible for organising your deliveries, meeting your commitments to your customers and driving your vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, NATIVIK's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage; nothing limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

10. App Store provisions

These terms are concluded between you and NATIVIK, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of non-conformity, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. NATIVIK, not Apple, is responsible for handling claims relating to the app and for defending against any third-party intellectual property claim. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You represent that you do not reside in a country subject to a United States embargo and are not on any list of prohibited parties.

11. Google Play provisions

Purchases via Google Play are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service; Google processes payments and refunds under its own rules.

12. Changes to the terms

NATIVIK may change these terms; the version in force is published on this page with its date. Significant changes are announced in the app.

13. Complaints and governing law

For any complaint: lesviesretrouvees@gmail.com. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. You may use the European online dispute resolution platform or a consumer mediator.
