Rutenzo

Your delivery route, always in the best order

Rutenzo Privacy Policy

Version of 1 November 2026.

Rutenzo is designed to work with as little data as possible: your routes, addresses, customers, places and photos stay on your phone. There is no account, no advertising and no ad tracking. This policy describes what is processed, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is NATIVIK, Elyes JLASSI (EI, sole proprietorship), a micro-enterprise registered under SIREN number 131 738 742, 105 quai Jules Guesde, 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine, France. Contact: lesviesretrouvees@gmail.com.

3. What stays on your phone

4. What leaves your phone

4.1 Map and routing services

To locate addresses on the map, suggest addresses as you type and calculate travel times, the app sends the addresses you enter and the coordinates of your location and of the stops: - on iPhone, to Apple (Apple Maps), which processes them under its own privacy policy; - on Android, to the Google address lookup service built into the phone; the base map is loaded from OpenFreeMap (IP address only); - if you connect your own free OpenRouteService account (HeiGIT gGmbH, Germany), the coordinates of the stops and of the starting point are sent to it with your key to obtain travel times. The key is kept in the phone's keychain.

These transmissions serve solely to make the app work (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). NATIVIK does not receive this data.

4.2 Navigation, calls and messages

When you tap "Go", the destination is passed to the navigation app you have chosen (Waze, Google Maps or Apple Maps). "Call" and "Notify" open the phone or messaging app with the number and message pre-filled; nothing is sent without your action.

4.3 Help improve Rutenzo (can be turned off)

The "Help improve Rutenzo" setting (Settings > Advanced) is on by default. It sends two types of anonymous technical data: - Crash reports (Sentry): type of error, code stack trace, device model and operating system, language, app version. No address, no location, no name, no phone number, no photo, no screenshot, no identifier; the IP address is not stored. Received by Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) on servers located in Germany, deleted after 30 days. - Usage statistics (TelemetryDeck): event names and counts (for example "route started, 13 stops", "address not found", "dictation used"), app and operating system version, device model, language, and a randomly generated, then hashed, installation identifier (it cannot identify you and changes if you reinstall the app). Never any address, location, name or text you enter. Received by TelemetryDeck GmbH (Germany).

Purpose: to fix errors and understand which features are useful. Legal basis: NATIVIK's legitimate interest in improving and securing the app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object at any time by turning off the setting, and transmissions stop immediately.

4.4 Free Pro routes

So that the 5 free Pro routes are not reset by reinstalling, the app stores the number of free routes used in the iPhone keychain synced via iCloud, or in Block Store and your Google account backup. No other data is stored there and NATIVIK has no access to it.

5. What we do not do

No account, no NATIVIK server receiving your routes, no advertising, no advertising identifier, no sale of data, no profiling, no automated decision-making concerning you.

6. Subscription and payment

Purchases are made from Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), which collect the payment and process your payment data as independent controllers. NATIVIK does not receive your name, your address or your payment details. The app verifies your subscription on your device, directly with Apple or Google.

7. Recipients and transfers

Only the providers listed above receive data, each for its own function: Sentry and TelemetryDeck (processors of NATIVIK, servers in the European Union); Apple, Google, OpenRouteService and OpenFreeMap (services used by the app at your request, under their own policies). Sentry is a US company: any transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. As your route data is only on your phone, you manage it yourself: editing, deleting, exporting a backup, deleting the app. Anonymous reports and statistics are not linked to any identity and therefore cannot be retrieved individually. For any request: lesviesretrouvees@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

9. Children

Rutenzo is intended for a professional, adult audience. The app does not knowingly collect any data concerning children.

10. Security

All exchanges take place exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS). App data is stored in the app's private storage area, protected by the phone's operating system.

11. Changes

Any change to this policy is published on this page with its date. In the event of a significant change, the app will inform you.
